I've actually been in contact with M. Gille and he informed me of a couple of the hands-on workshops (INT265).
I'll definitely be at one of those as well as your Process Observer integration.
A few years ago when we first implemented AIF, I also started with Process Observer. However, since resources were pretty thin, we didn't have a chance to go far with it. I'm hoping to re-visit that.
