We have a system where the IDoc processing code uses the method /aif/cl_enabler_idoc=>transfer_to_aif to transfer the processing to AIF. Alerts are generated via AIF, but the problem we are facing is that when multiple IDocs fail only one alert email is generated ( corresponding to the first failed IDoc). We ideally want alerts to be sent for each failure of IDoc.
This issue is similar to the what is mentioned in https://scn.sap.com/thread/3739256 , but I was not able to find the category "Mail" in ifmon as mentioned in the solution. Am I missing something or is there any other way that I can trigger multiple alerts for IDoc errors ?
